ASSESSMENT

• LEVEL 1 COURSE CONSIST OF OVER 75 VIDEO LESSONS and over 100 page  manual. This has photos and descriptions to learn boxing, weight training and 4 full class formats to utilize.

• After each lesson, you will answer multiple choice questions. Then, upon passing, you will be allowed to move to the next section. Two videos must be uploaded, demonstrating that you can execute the techniques taught. The first video you must teach the combo of the day. The second video you will teach a mock B&B class. Videos will be graded and feedback provided.

• PASS OR FAIL: If the video demonstrates that you have learned the content at a satisfactory level, then you will pass. An email with more information on what to do will be sent. We are in your corner through every step of the way!
