We want you to love your Living.Fit equipment and feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right, we make returns simple, fair, and fast. Most unused items can be returned within 30 days, with no hassle and no hidden fees.
Shipping for Rubber Flooring. We offer a lowest shipping cost guarantee! Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your location, total weight and dimensions of your order. We show you exactly what we are charged by carriers to ship your product. If you find a similar product at a better price, email info@living.fit for the opportunity to match.
Easy Returns for Equipment
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for unused items.
- Items must be unworn or unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Start your return through our request form or contact info@living.fit before sending anything back.
- After approval, we will email you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.
Return Shipping
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you, return shipping is covered.
- For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We replace defective items promptly or offer a refund if preferred.
Large or Bulk Orders
- For large orders such as dumbbell sets, any shipping related damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns showing signs of use after 7 days cannot be accepted.
- Cosmetic imperfections not caused by shipping, such as machine marks or logo variations, may qualify for a refund at our discretion.
- Exchanges are not guaranteed for bulk or limited inventory products.
Exchanges and Store Credit
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. You may also choose store credit for future purchases. For returns taken as store credit, we cover return shipping as a thank you for staying with Living.Fit.
Digital Content
You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchasing any digital content. If your digital purchase includes a certificate, a refund will remove eligibility to receive that certificate.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@living.fit.
