    LF1 is the first step in the Living.Fit designation path which you can read more about below. While the full path is not required, we have created it for those who want to continue to invest and increase their ability to monetize their knowledge. This course is designed to achieve safe and effective performance of basic kettlebell movements and a handful of meaningful variations that will elevate your skills a coach. Created for trainers who want to teach others as well as those who just want to move better with kettlebells to maximize their own workouts. Complete the assessments at the end and earn a proof of completion.

    Great focus on fundamentals

    This course provided an in-depth and extremely helpful presentation of kettlebell fundamentals. As a fairly new personal trainer without specific kettlebell training, this was incredibly useful. I now understand where to start and how to build a base with a client, rather than jumping straight into an exercise and then discovering the client is not ready for it. From the breath work and the mobility warm-up to the breakdown of movements, I really appreciated the focus on awareness throughout the material.

    Great informative course!

    This was a fantastic course packed with great information on kettlebells. I was happily surprised at the amount of new information that I learned, all extremely helpful and transferrable in my fitness career. This course also left me with tons of new great kettlebell exercises that I use in programming for my clients on a daily basis that I never would have thought of on my own.     Simple and effective fundamentals for kettlebell training
