Maintenance and Care:
• Clean your exercise ball using a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to remove all residue before use.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
• Keep the Stability Ball out of direct sunlight. The ball should not be placed anywhere where it would be exposed to extremely high or low temperatures or heat sources.
• The lifespan of the ball will depend on the amount of usage and proper care.

The ball is made of non-phthalate PVC. A slight odor from the product material is normal as it is produced and immediately packaged. This rubber/vinyl smell should lessen over time. To help disperse the odor, leave the ball, inflated or un-inflated (but unfolded), in a protected outdoor space for 2-3 days. If the odor does not disperse, contact customer service for assistance.

GoFit equipment should always be checked thoroughly before each use for any nicks, tears, holes, or other damage. Using damaged items could lead to severe injury. If any sign of damage or wear is present, discontinue use immediately.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from GoFit, LLC. It covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal and expected personal use for 90 days from purchase. The warranty does not cover problems arising from use outside of a home environment or personal use, damage from improper use, neglect, abuse, or shipping damage (unless shipped directly from GoFit Store).
