Our Safety Squat Bar is steel with a black phosphate coating from end to end. The bar is fitted with handles to combat limitations of shoulder mobility. The handles are 15” total: 5 inches of grip in a 30mm Diameter Handle. The handles are spaced 13 inches apart. At either end, the sleeves of the bar provide 13” of loadable length. In total, the bar is 87” long. The bars max capacity is 750lbs.
