      What a fantastic course! Definitely has made me realize how versatile the battle rope is for conditioning the entire body.       I’m glad I bought this course when I did. I’ve been battling against injuries for a long time. My shoulders were the latest trouble spot. I have a lot of bad training many years ago to thank. This course gave me the building blocks for super effective workouts that helped to build the strength and stability in my shoulders that had been lacking. This course is a no brainier in my opinion

      This is high quality content. Getting the fundamentals right unlocks so many things in the world of kettlebells. I’ve tried premade plans before, but did not get very far because I did not have the basic skills do do any of the workouts. This course changed that!
