What to Expect in Your LF2 Kettlebell Certification

What to Expect in Your LF2 Kettlebell Certification

Living.Fit has four different achievable designations within our kettlebell courses. By taking the course you have access to and completing your written assessment, you will earn LF1 status.

We think it is important to build an industry standard that lets clients and employers know you have followed a designated path. Our system is designed to demonstrate you have done this with increasing knowledge, testing and demonstrations of the ability to teach and assess others at each level.

We want to help you grow and monetize what you have learned. Trainers who continue to earn designations with us have the ability to write and sell programs to the Living.Fit community, teach and do workouts on our social accounts and work one on one with online clients through the Living.Fit community. All of these are designed to help those you want to raise their profile or monetize what they have learned and invested.

  • If you need to refine your technique, the Senior Instructor will work with you to fine-tune those skills.
  • If you're technique meets Living Fit Instructor standards, you'll be asked to teach the technique to the Senior Instructor using the Living Fit "Form to Flow" model as if they were a training client of yours.
  • During each teaching demonstration, the Senior Instructor will ask you questions and exhibit common errors as if they were a client. You'll answer their questions, correct their technique, and show them appropriate progressions/regressions for each movement.
  • As a final evaluation, you'll be asked to teach a randomly selected movement as if you were teaching a class or recording a virtual demo. The Senior Instructor will not perform the movement, and no feedback will be provided during your lesson. The lesson should
