The Synergee Aluminum Technique Bar, weighing 15lb, is an ideal choice for individuals new to lifting. It is significantly lighter, by 20-30lb, than a typical Olympic barbell.

The bar features a 28mm diameter, dual knurl markings, and bushings, providing an experience very similar to that of a standard barbell. With a tensile strength rating of 42,000 psi and a weight capacity of 200lb, this Technique Bar offers a substantial and effective way to build strength and refine proper form for safe and productive workouts. This bar is compatible with standard bumper plates and collars that have 2-inch openings, and it can be used with a standard squat rack.

It is important to note that once you are consistently lifting 135lb, it is recommended to transition to one of Synergee's Olympic Bars.
