Add our cable attachments to workout your upper body. This rack’s upright poles measure 2.35” x 2.35” with 12 levels to attach accessories. We included J hooks, two pull up bars, double sided weight plate holders with barbell holders attached, resistance band rings, and resistance band pegs. The two pull up bars are height adjustable and can be moved up and down the upright poles with ease. J hooks are designed to hold our 2” Olympic barbells in place and can support several hundred pounds of weight. The weight plate holders and barbell holders are included to help keep your workout space clutter free and you can conveniently keep your weights within arms reach. Loading weight plates on the holders will also keep your Squat Stand firmly anchored to the ground or you can bolt the unit to the ground. Resistance band rings are included so you can supplement weighted sessions with recovery work to keep your muscles loose and relaxed. Total weight capacity is 800 pounds.
