It is fabricated out of 11 gauge powder coated steel with high density rubber and a leather cover that encases the foam pad. Our thick foam pad makes this bench more comfortable than other standard flat benches. Furthermore, the bench top has a 12” width that will ensure your shoulder blades stay flat and even when performing bench presses or other strength training exercises.
This bench is extremely durable due to the large and thick tubing, the powder coat finish and wide set legs for stability. The rubberized feet are grooved to help maintain grip to the ground and stabilize the entire unit during high intensity workouts.. This bench is rated to handle a total weight capacity of 700 lbs but can handle up to 1000lbs.
