There are multiple grips to choose from in this 5 piece set - pronated (palms away), supinated (palms towards), and neutral (palms facing toward each other). Sport specific training - Bodybuilding and Martial Arts. Note - You may receive Cable Machine Attachments with eyelets (old version) or without eyelets (new version). Inventory is commingled.
