Weekly Kettlebell Workout #5
Today's work is full body workout from our Six Gates of Silverman program and it should take you about 35 or so minutes to complete. The Six Gates of Silverman Program is a multi faceted 6 week program that focuses on cardio and muscular endurance, so the volume is high and the weights are moderate. Only the brave get through all six gates 👀

The Workout
For this block you will be doing 4 rounds of the following with a minute of rest between each set and round. Pick weights that are aout a 6-7/10. So to quickly summarize it
20 Snatches (Per Side), Rest 60, 20 Rolling Press Ups (Per Side), Rest 60, 20 Clean and Presses (Per Side), Rest 60, 60 Seconds of Farmer Carries, Rest 60, 20 See Saw Bent Over Rows, Rest 60, Repeat 4 Times.
