The size and dimensions of these bands are suitable for all heights. Every band is 41 Inches in length. Held with one end in each hand as an enclosed circle or a circumference of 81.9 inches. This would be if you cut the band and stretched it from end to end.
Red (5-25 LB resistance, Dimensions: 81.9 x 0.5 x 0.2 inch): Designed for new to resistance training or high repetition workouts. Workouts well for for general warm up and stretching.
Black (25-65 LB resistance, Dimensions: 81.9 x 0.8 x 0.2 inch): This is just a step up from the red band and designed for more high repetition movements or beginners. Great for more stretching, and progressive training when you need to add more resistance. General use for rehabilitation, stretching, jumping, speed training.
Purple ( 40-80 LB Resistance, Dimensions: 81.9 x 1.2 x 0.2 inch): This is a great starting point for enough resistance for assisting with pull ups and chine ups. These are great for challenging isolation movements like curls.
Green ( 50-125 LB Resistance, Dimensions: 81.9 x 1.7 x 0.2 inch): The resistance really kicks up on these and for most people will be used for lower body movements, assisted chin ups, pull ups or extra strength bench pressing.
Blue ( 60-175 LB Resistance, Dimensions: 81.9 x 2.5 x 0.2 inch): For the vast majority of people these will be used for lower body or making chin ups and pull ups easier than purple and green. These can be used to build upper body strength.
Orange (70-200 LB Resistance, Dimensions: 81.9 x 3.2 x 0.2 inch): For the vast majority of people these will be used for the lower body or making chin ups and pull ups easier than blue, green and purple. These can be used to build upper body strength.
