Spotter Arms, also available in pairs, offer an important safety feature. They provide additional security in situations where a barbell might slip or if you are lifting beyond your current capacity. These straight spotter arms also function as dip bars. They are compatible with 2.35 inch by 2.35 inch square tubes and are designed to handle extra weight.
