Painful, mobility-limiting hip thrusts are a thing of the past. No more improvising with temporary fixes to get the perfect, painless hip thrust movement. After destroying yet another pad trying to make it do something it wasn’t intended to, inventor and gym owner Devan Grell got to work creating the solution—and Hip Thrust Pads were born.
These innovative pads are designed for durability, longevity, and maximum comfort and are constructed with unique multi-layer well technology. The harder top bears and evenly distributes the weight of the load while taking pressure off your pelvis, and the ultra-soft bottom layer offers extreme comfort enabling maximum hip thrust performance. Additionally, Hip Thrust Pads won’t hinder your hinge like some other products might that simply wrap around the bar. Hip Thrust Pads bend with your body, allowing you to effectively and comfortably get deep into the movement.
Proudly made in the USA, look no further than the Hip Thrust Pad for the safety and stability you need to get the results you love from the hip thrust movement.

Unlike the Pivot Pad, the bar slips off when performing hip thrusts/butt bridges. The only way I can imagine it working are for those with bars with volcano type knurlings otherwise it's a hard pass.

I was hoping I would love this pad but unfortunately, I don’t. It’s a little awkward and doesn’t fit snug like a round pad does. The bar kinda rolls and I felt like I couldn’t lift as heavy with it.

Unbeknown to me the pad was out of stock when I purchased on line. Waited nearly two weeks to get it. Charged me for for it immediately. Was told that a free gift would be included when it shipped, for the inconvenience. Well apparently that was out of stock also, because none was sent. Emailed about it and never heard back. You’d think expedited shipping would have been in order? Nope! Nice products. SHIT customer service!!! Can’t recommend to anyone who has asked about the pad(s) or who will ask. Moral of the story- don’t sell shit you don’t have and don’t lie to people!!!!

Pros
- material feels very durable
Cons
- not actually that comfortable to use, it creates a pinching sensation in my hip crease when the hips close, and at times also feel a exaggerated feeling of lack of circulation. I do not feel any of these issues with my cheap amazon foam barbell roll
- price, when compared to cheap barbel foam roll
What I'd like to see in update
- I wish the cover had a zipper. this would allow you to throw it in the was when necessary.
- for what it is I wish it were cheaper. I feel like it should be closer to $35.
- a different foam composition may alleviate the issues that I feel when using it. ie a softer foam.
Ultimately I'll keep it just to see how it will handle prolonged use. I still have my cheap foam roll and prefer the feel of that.

It's not a bad product, it is comfortable and takes off some stress on the hips. The issue we have is that if you are not using bumper plates or 45 size, getting the bar over the pad thickness is a workout in itself and the lady cannot do it on her own as we use Olympic weights. Once on the pad, decent item
