Choose between 10 lb, 15 lb, and 20 lb options. The 10 lb dumbbells can each be adjusted to 5 lb, 7 lb, 8 lb, or 10 lb. The 15 lb dumbbells can each be adjusted to 7 lb, 10 lb, 12 lb, and 15 lb. And the 20 lb dumbbells can each be adjusted to 10 lb, 14 lb, 16 lb, and 20 lb.
The design of these dumbbells is genius: weight adjustments are made with a simple spin of chrome-coated steel plates. Each plate locks into place so there is no need for collars! The handles are coated in foam to provide a comfortable grip. Underneath that foam is strong steel that will last rep after rep. The weight plates’ chrome finish increases longevity and durability.
