This is meant to be a quick, 15 minute workout. You can follow the audio prompts which are 15 seconds of push ups, followed by 15 seconds of rows and 30 seconds of rest or try to pump out 10 of each fast as you can, then increase your rest time until the next minute starts. This workout is set up so that during each minute you are doing 10 push ups, 10 rows and then resting for the remainder of the minute before starting again. Although the rows in this workout are pictured with dumbbells, you can use kettlebells, a barbell, resistance band or other form of resistance to do the workout.
