Barre Vida Certfification Teacher Training Course

The BARRE VIDA barre instructor certification course prepares instructors and trainers to teach a barre class or private training session with or without a ballet barre. Upon completion of the training, the new Barre Vida Certified Barre Instructors can teach in any fitness, dance, studio, gym, or private training location.

You will learn how to format a complete 60 minute and 45 minute barre class with music, the exercise science of the barre method, how to cue and execute each exercise properly, the history of barre, barre anatomy, and more.

During the training you will learn pedagogy, injury prevention, modifications, verbal and hands on corrections, musicality, and advanced techniques. 
The Certification Course takes about 45 to 50 hours to complete. From the date of sign up, you have four months to complete the certification. You will be required to submit teaching videos, complete quizzes, conduct one live teaching class with invited students (can be virtual students), and pass the final exam.
