3 Workouts Per Week

Basic Introduction:

The couch can be a trap, because it is so comfortable, and it sits in front of the mindless entertainment that can be a relaxing escape from the stresses of life. However, we know that if we spend too much time dwelling on the plush upholstered cushions, our health and mindset starts to decline rapidly. This program is designed to meet you at your least healthy and energetic self, and carry you to a 5k victory in only 5 weeks. From this finish line you will be ready to go into a new program that will bring you increased stamina, strength, mobility, and energy.

What you need: 

  • Running Shoes
  • Your body
  • Positive mental attitude

How it works:

  • Workout three times per week, every other day 
  • Day 1 Workout, Day 2 Walk If You Have Time (5 minutes to 30 Minutes), Day 3 Workout, Day 4 Walk If You Have Time (5 minutes to 30 Minutes), Day 5 Workout, Day 6 Walk If You Have Time (5 minutes to 30 Minutes)
