Strength coach & sports nutrition specialist · · About the author
I like the simplicity here: it’s pure L-citrulline in a convenient capsule format, with no proprietary blend or unnecessary extras. Citrulline can increase nitric oxide availability and blood flow, making it useful for improving pumps and potentially supporting exercise performance.
At 1.5 g per serving, it’s below the doses typically used for performance benefits, so I wouldn’t necessarily use it as a standalone pump supplement. Where it makes more sense is adding extra citrulline to a pre-workout or pump product that already contains some, allowing you to increase your total dose without adding more caffeine or other ingredients.
