Timing: Take 30–45 minutes before weight training. Not required on rest days.
How To Take: Open 1 pack and swallow the enclosed pills with water. For stimulant-free use, remove the red capsule before taking the remaining pills.
Warnings: The red capsule contains 200 mg caffeine. Avoid combining with other stimulants or taking close to bedtime. Not recommended for minors, pregnant or nursing individuals, or those with cardiovascular conditions without medical clearance.
