This bundle is the complete stretch-band lineup: Premium (Light), Platinum (Medium), and Ultra (Heavy), each in both 12-loop and 24-loop lengths -- six bands in all. The shorter 12-loop bands suit compact, upper-body work, while the longer 24-loop bands open up bigger ranges of motion.
Every band is numbered for an adaptable stretch and clear, repeatable hand and foot placement. The bands are made from a flexible 80% nylon, 20% spandex blend for comfortable, durable resistance.
Lightweight and packable, the set is ready for dance, gymnastics, cheer, physical therapy, or at-home mobility work.
A physician's approval is strongly recommended before using these products. Young children and first-time users should be supervised by an adult. Inspect equipment before use.
