The Barbell Bomb is a reimagination of the landmine that simply slides onto the end of a barbell, transforming any surface into a stationary landmine. This innovative fitness accessory is crafted from high-density foam, ensuring its durability and longevity through countless workouts. Despite its robust construction, the Barbell Bomb is remarkably lightweight, weighing in at only 4 ounces, making it highly portable and easy to transport for workouts anywhere.
With the Barbell Bomb attached to a barbell, you can perform a comprehensive range of exercises typically associated with a traditional landmine unit. These include:
* Presses
* Rows
* Rotational work
* Push presses
* Push jerk
* Squats
* Split squats
* Lumberjack deadlifts
* And so much more!
Dimensionally, the Barbell Bomb measures approximately 7 inches in length and will occupy about 5.5 inches of the barbell sleeve once installed. Beyond its primary function as a landmine alternative, the Barbell Bomb offers additional versatility. It can be utilized as a comfortable handle on the opposite side of the barbell, providing an ergonomic grip for movements such as push presses and goblet squats. This feature enhances user comfort and control during various exercises. The Barbell Bomb is a patent pending product, co-developed by inventors Eric Chessen, Ryan Pitts, and the AbMat Team. It is designed to be slip-resistant on nearly any training surface, whether indoors or outdoors, and its round design helps prevent damage to gym mats.

Worked great but barbell ripped through after 3 uses.

Don’t trust the videos. You have to have it pressed against something or it just slides. Does it’s job when propped up against a wall or a rack.

I absolutely LOVE Abmat but this product doesn't work. If you do landmine shoulder presses, viking presses, rows, or any landmine move, the thing will jump all over the place. You have to put it up against a wall or something backing it. I tried it on horse stall mats, carpet, concrete, etc. It doesn't work on any surface. You may have luck if you have a very gritty style floor, but most smooth horse stall mats or standard gym floor will not work.
Here is video of it not working. Once again this is an unlisted video as I love Abmat and want to see them succeed. However this product really really really does not do what it is advertised to do.

Very cheaply made and not worth the $50 I paid. Also, it slips on concrete floor too easy.
