How We Review Content
Living.Fit publishes training guides, gear buying guides and supplement guides. This page explains who writes them, how we check them and how to tell us when something is wrong.
What the byline means
- Written by: the person who wrote the article. If an article was written by our in-house team rather than one named expert, the byline says Living.Fit.
- Expert-verified by: a credentialed expert from the team below read the article and checked its training, nutrition or product claims. We show this label only on articles that went through that review.
- Fact-checked by: a team expert checked the facts, figures and sources in the article.
Not every article has an expert review. If no reviewer is listed, the article has not been through one yet.

How we handle supplement information
Ingredient amounts, serving sizes and warnings come from the product label and the brand's own Supplement Facts panel. If our page and the brand's page ever disagree, the brand's current label is correct and we update ours. Supplement content is educational and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication or have a health condition.
Sources and updates
Writers link to the research and outside data an article relies on. We revise guides when products, prices or the evidence change.
We sell what we write about
Living.Fit is a store. Many of our guides mention products we sell, and we earn money when you buy them. Our experts' reviews focus on whether the advice and product facts are accurate, not on what to buy.
Corrections
If you spot an error, email info@living.fit with the article link and what needs fixing. We review every report and update the article when a correction is needed.
