This training consists of TWO videos: the above video shows you the logic behind the system, how many grams of carbs per pound of total body weight, how to transition from a regular plan to a Zig Zag Plan, a little bit about ketosis (both endogenous and exogenous) etc., and the video posted further down the page shows you how to use our Online What Works® Custom Nutrition Software™ to create Zig Zag Plans.
This Zig Zag Plan System can be used with obese clients as well as with pretty much any client who wants more flexibility on the weekends and is able to stick to a more strict plan during the week; and as stated above, the Zig Zag Plan strategy is GREAT for blasting through plateaus. This video shows you how to use our Online What Works® Custom Nutrition Software™ to create these plans, hence a current software license is required. However, this training will give you the parameters necessary to understand the process.
