Creatine Candy is one of those products where you either wonder why anyone would need it, or wonder how you lived without it.
The most important thing to know is that each serving delivers a full 5g dose of micronized creatine monohydrate. That's the same proven form and dose you'd get from a scoop of traditional creatine powder, so there's no performance advantage to the tablet over the powder.*
Its real value is convenience. The biggest challenge with creatine is that it only works with consistent daily use, and some people simply forget to take it. The chewable format removes the shaker, the mixing, and the excuses, which makes that simple but important habit much easier to keep.
There are a couple of tradeoffs. You'll pay more per serving than you would for plain powder, and some people find chewing five tablets in one sitting a bit much.
