Fire Department Coffee is a veteran-owned, firefighter-run roastery that makes great-tasting coffee and gives back to first responders. Founded in 2016 and roasted in small batches in Rockford, Illinois, the brand is built by a team of active and retired firefighters, first responders, and coffee experts.

Fire Department Coffee is best known for its proprietary, non-alcoholic Spirit Infused Coffee process, also created in 2016, which captures the flavor of premium spirits -- bourbon, whiskey, and rum -- with no alcohol in the finished cup.
