Does not hold air

It doesn’t hold air well so I’ve had to reinflate fairly often, which is annoying. My other balance ball doesn’t have this problem. I’ve had to tape up the opening to reduce leaks but still have to pump every day.

It's very small and kind of useless. The pump is very low quality. M not returning it but I really really don't like it. Its a toy for my dog now.

It keeps deflating. Fortunately, an air pump was included. My 7-year old is the only person using this exercise ball, and I need to refill it with air every couple of days. Otherwise, seems like a good product.

The ball was in an undamaged shipping package and an undamaged sealed clear bag. The product had been knowingly packed split in half!

I cannot tell you how amazing this company is to the community! They had product that was returned and couldn’t resell so they donated to a very special group of people with disabilities! I just picked up another batch from them and their product is sturdy, colorful and very good quality. The are an honest company and amazing people to work with. You will not be disappointed with their products!

Just received it for my son’s sensory needs .the toxic smell coming off from it is horrible. Left it outside to gas off but questioning if I should use it at all

I'm so disappointed in this ball! It doesn't retain air or stay inflated. So worthless! And bonus- it stripped paint off of the furniture in multiple spots. Honestly angry with this product.

This ball is very small if you need a 65 this ball is not for you. The instruction booklet was not with it, I have no idea about using or inflating it. Thank God the class I went to the ladies were helpful.

Item fits description but if purchasing for use at a desk get the biggest possible size. You can see how low I sit at my desk and I purchased the recommended size for my height and I'm 5'10\. It will do but I feel like a midget at my desk and will likely build a platform for my ball to increase height. They should put a notice for getting a bigger size for desk use. Also, read the fine print! You cannot store or leave this ball on finished wood for weeks. The description says M for the desk 21" - 28" and diameter 19"-22". I t barely makes to 19" let along 22". My desk is 27" high and I got the M. It's too low. I wished that I got the L. Thinking of return it.

It helps with stretching and my wife uses it at her desk instead of the chair...

The box was not sealed and as I was trying to inflate the whole outside is covered with some black like grease

No club would use these as once blown up they look dirty and disgusting with black scars and scratches throughout. Not sure if these are from the wrinkles due to the folding of the balls in the package. I bought two because I needed them for rehab and didn't have time... I’m 4’11” feet tall and I’m 24 weeks pregnant based on the recommendation I got the size 45cc I have not used it yet But it was easy to inflate just hard because you use your arms to do it haha it’s small then I thought I’ve used exercises balls before as well only for pregnancy related exercises so I’m excited to see how it will hold up the ones I’ve had before are bigger then this one.

Hard to inflate. Too big. Couldn’t even get it thru doorways

I got this product for physical therapy for recovery with my broken leg. It popped on the first day of use. It was on a mat (cloth, nothing sharp), and I was wearing scrubs (no belt, nothing sharp). I inflated it 80%, waited 24 hrs, then inflated it to 100% and used it. It popped in under an hour.

My 1st one started leaking, got gray one 5cm smaller... will see how long it lasts
