More importantly it gives me the opportunity to work my arms and engage my core, which helps me in my after hour activities. The firm yet comforting bounce eases me through tough days at work and the gentle motion calms me when I get a less than pleasant customer call. The ball will need the occasional re-pump, but I've pumped a lot of balls in my time so it's not a big deal. The pumping also helps build your forearms, which also handy for non-work related proclivities. So if you're looking to improve your posture or perhaps strengthen yourself for after hours activities...then I can't recommend this ball enough!

I just received the ball this week. I'm glad I purchased the 75 cm unit as I'm fairly tall 5'9" and it's none too large! The ball seems fine. I like the ring idea and the straps are great. However, I question the air plug system on the ring as one loses a lot of air between taking away the pump and quickly placing the plug into the hole, so having it constantly slightly underinflated may lead to premature failure. They should figure something better for the ring. I didn't notice the same issue with the much larger ball. Overall, it is what it stated it would be, so no problem there.

As a fitness professional, this product provides plenty of diversity with planning daily workouts for my clients. Very satisfied. Quality product.

Great ball but I did not receive the other items - the base and resistance band are missing.

Don’t waste your money. Spent hours hand inflating it only to find mine didn’t come with the plug. Infuriating because it took weeks to arrive. Ripoff

Getting back in shape is never easy. But this helps make it more fun! Size is perfect and air seems to hold well! My pup keeps it company when not in use. :)

Just bought this product about 40 days ago and blow it appropriately before my kid but unfortunately that what happened so disappointed, bad quality and it’s not cheap

Finally got around to opening this package. Upon arrival, it appeared the package had been opened as if they sent me a return. Which if it's in perfect, functioning condition without damages or defects, sure whatever that's fine. The ring wouldn't inflate... Finally got around to opening this package. Upon arrival, it appeared the package had been opened as if they sent me a return. Which if it's in perfect, functioning condition without damages or defects, sure whatever that's fine. The ring wouldn't inflate because the tube end was completely sealed shut so I had to pierce it with a screwdriver and finally was able to air it up. I got the ball aired up, only to find paint on it. I tried to clean it off but it will not come off. If you're going to send out returns, you should probably fully inspect them for functionality, damage and defects. I don't spend my hard earned money to get someone else's defective, painted return.
