Dosing: Mix 1 packet per serving.

Babe Boost makes sense if you want a nice, smooth boost in energy along with weight-management support.
It gives a low-moderate dose of 120mg which is enough to provide a noticeable boost while remaining considerably below common energy products. It's then paired with 100mg of L-Theanine which should provide a more balanced energy and focus profile.
The formula also gives Babe Boost a purpose beyond caffeine. You get 500mg of L-Carnitine Tartrate plus 250mg of InnoSlim® for metabolic and body-composition support, along with Huperzine A for additional cognitive support.
I also like the stick-pack format as it's easy to keep in a purse, gym bag, or desk and mix whenever you need it. Plus, sticks are significantly easier than packets to pour into a water bottle. Sometimes it's the little things that matter most.
