Great product would purchase again!

This product is the first I've taken for recovery after my workouts. I hit a bit of a plateau and wanted to try something to help me continue making progress. After a couple of weeks of use, I certainly felt like I was recovering quicker than before and making noticeable progress over previous bests. To be transparent, I did also work in a daily multi-vitamin and greens supplement, which I haven't done previously either. Putting a greater focus on fueling my body overall has been a great addition to my routine and this product, Recharge, is a big part of that.

I have tried many different types of creatine monohydrate and they all made me feel nauseous. Although this stuff has a strange medicine taste to it, I’ve not had a hint of nausea, and I’ve been using it for several months now! It blends pretty well (better to comparable to the other brands I’ve tried), although there is sometimes a bit of residue at the bottom of the cup.

This product works. Legion is a great company but this product made me smell like fish. If I put it in my water bottle it would smell horrible the next day. For that reason I would not use again.

i have tried other products with much better flavor, not much taste from this product

This is one of the best Creatine supplements I've ever used. I gave it 3 stars for taste because it doesn't bad, but good creatine never tastes great, if they do taste great, it's has too much sweeter added. 5 stars for ingredient quality, because when you research the ingredients that make a high-quality Creatine supplement, this product has all of them and more, in the proper blends. 4 stars for value only because it is at the higher end of Creatine supplement prices, but this product works so it's worth the money. The best testimony I can provide is that I am an avid weight lifter and have been since I was young, I am now 65 years old and I get noticeable, positive results from this product, in both endurance and size.

Tastes super gross!

First taste was shocking and overpowering. I shook the container very much thinking shipping had settled some ingredients. I gave it another chance: The next time I went with full 12 oz of water and it was fine. Replacing my plain creatine usually added to protein, I do indeed notice better recovery. In my rest days (I'm 44), I've noticed I'm anxious to do something active rather than just being sore (I do the 4 main compound lifts) Once again, legion nailed it with the l-carnitine and banaba leaf coupled with the creatine. Next time I'll try the strawberry lemonade instead of watermelon.

I love this brand. Never disappoints. This is a great post workout- I also use it during my lifting. Helps greatly with muscle soreness. This is a must have for sure.

Not bad, flavor is OKAY. Nothing to go crazy for. But it does the job and i can tell fairly quick that its working brcause my recoveruytimes are shortned by a decent amount with the same diet and sleep.

Tasty way to get creatine and recover from post workouts. Splenda gives me heartburn, Legion uses Stevia which is the main reason I tried them out. So far, so good.

not sure what the others expect far as taste go, but it taste better than plain after taste creatine mono, along with the absorption, you have to allow creatine to dissolve for a few minutes before drinking. good product, will do another review after a month or so for update

Recharge is a tasty product which I look forward to consuming everyday. Definitely helps with recovery and muscle building. Quality product.

It is the worst flavor ever and when you mix it its clumpy and it foams and its nasty

I find when I remember to take this Supplement my recovery ❤️🩹 is much faster. My heart rate returns to normal quicker.

Works great, no bloat, really enjoy this high quality product. Have been using for a couple of years now.

I am not impressed how this company compares themselves to other companies on a couple ingredients while not offering anything beyond those limited ingredients. No BCAA, no glutamine, no betaine, no beta-alanine. But wait? you get 0.1g more of carnitine as compared to a complete post workout? What a joke.

Taste great however doesn't mix well at all with any liquid, and really gritty

Great flavor, quality ingredients. Body really liked this product.

I've had good experience with some of the Legion products, but I can't justify the cost of this one. The only real benefit seems to be the creatine, and that's much cheaper purchased on its own. I haven't noticed a decrease in soreness using this product, and at only 20 servings... there are better ways to spend your money. The multivitamins, and fat-burning items have shown good results... Overall well-being and energy levels are great, and my love handles/belly pooch have improved greatly in the two weeks since I began taking them.

Love the flavors Cherry Limeade and Blood Orange. Does the trick every morning!

This absorbs really well but the taste isn't too great. I can't pinpoint what it reminds me of. I have also noticed it makes me feel funny and sometimes light headed. Also it is an item that can't be returned so you will just lose your money if it doesn't work for you.

I love this product. I just wish they offered more servings. Unfortunately since they don't i have to purchase another brands creatine. I know this also has L-carnitine which is why i am sure it only has 30 servings.

I had Thorne creatine previously and needed a new one, so after some research I got this one. First of all, the fruit punch flavor tastes like Hubba Bubba gum. Most importantly though, this seriously made me sick. It makes me nauseous and super dizzy that I had to stop taking it after a week.

When I got it it was broken. Almost half the powder was gone. The bottle was too small I tought it was bigger since it was 60 dollars. I haven’t tried it yet I just hope I get good results at least

I was stuck in a little bit of a plateau in my fitness journey and I bought this to see if it would change my endurance and muscular build and I’ve seen such a difference. I’m getting more definition and I’ve lost 5 more pounds because I can seriously work out so much harder with this! The flavor is so yummy as well!

What I like - The Watermelon Flavor is really good. Super easy to drink and doesn’t leave an after taste. I would recommend you shake it up pretty good once it gets close to the end. What I dislike - The size of the container lol . I’m not sure if they have bigger size but 40 for that small container.? It doesn’t matter imma buy it again. Just would be nice to have bigger size.
