I’ve used a lot of different pre-workouts over the years, and Pulse is definitely my favorite. Very energizing without causing the jitters, the flavors are great, and the ingredients are transparent (which is rarely the case for preworkouts). Would recommend to all!

Greatest grape flavored preworkiht

I have been a Legion Athletics follower now for 3+ years and I have never felt so sure of a product in the health and fitness space. Mike does his research and he’s in the “biz” for the right reasons. Some of the flavors are just “OK” but there are lots to try and they work very well! No hangover, no crazy town buzz-just a nice burst of energy to get you going in the AM (for me) for my workout. I’m 5’8” and 150lbs and I use 2 scoops every morning before I lift. I don’t leave home without it. seriously. Enjoy!

After getting some odd lab results from my Dr., I decided to take a look at what I was using to help supplement my workout. I did some research and along came Legion. I bought Pulse and started on my journey with them. This is my go to moving forward. I use it 30 min before starting my routine and get phenomenal results with my endurance and push. The taste is good, not sugary but refreshing. You will not be disappointed

This pre-workout is great. Gives me energy to workout early in the morning and promotes a really good pump without the side effects of other pre-workouts. Flavor is really good as well.

I have issue with pre-workout mixes. most make me fell jittery; this one does not. I workout early in the AM so i needed something to kick start me and this does the trick. it is not overly stimulating either. just what i needed. if your looking for something to get you going this is it.

Big fan of this stuff in multiple flavors. I mix a scoop of non-caffeinated with a scoop of caffeinated because two scoops of caffeine is a bit much for me. Otherwise love it.

Great taste, but can do without the body tingling once it kicks in. Not sure if its the 350mg of caffeine since im only used to 300. Won't be buying again

Pulse has a great taste and provides a great pick me up before a workout.

It works great and I used it for awhile but the taste is a little overwhelming to me. I thought the grape would be easier to drink but my goodness it’s very strong.

I have been loving legion for a long time and just got the grape for the first time to try something new! Love this flavor and the pump and energy that it gives! Can't wait to try another flavor!

Maybe it's just the grape flavor, but the taste is not the best. Once you down it, though, the beta-alanine tinglies kick in, and the caffeine boost has you off to the races. It's a powerful concoction not for the faint of heart. Going to get through this tub and try another flavor in hopes that it goes down easier.

So this is the third Legion pre workout that I've tried, and I have to say I'm hooked. Great pumps with minimal side effects! I take a little less than half of the serving size, which gives me just a little extra boost in the mornings. Highly recommend!

I will start by saying the flavor is good. I can handle it. Once you drink it the effects will start kicking in in 10 to 15 minutes and will give you the energy to do a great workout. In fact, the first time I tried I realized I did a more efficient workout than on other days. The effects will last for an hour or two.

Best pre workout in the market. Amazing how it’s the best preworkout in the natural category plus every other category!

I think this is a great pre-workout. I like the ingredients and I like that they put the instructions clearly on the bottle. I don’t mind the itchiness that it gives you from the beta alanine. Just keep that in mind if you’re going to use this that you will get the itches. I usually take one scoop if I’m doing a shorter work out but if I’m doing a work out longer than 45 minutes, I will take the two scoops. It gives me great energy to complete the entire work out. I like to do high intensity, interval, training. I also use it when I go to spin. Pretty much any class where I need a boost of energy I will utilize the pre-workout. Absolutely 100% would recommend.

There are few caffeine-free options to choose from. This one is head and shoulders above the rest IMO, and great low price!

I drank this before my gym workout. Do not smell the powder when you open it. I made that mistake and could not stop coughing. The taste is good and smells sweet. Even though I don’t think I need it prior to workouts, it works. It will give you more energy than I need.

This has everything you need in a solid pre-workout powder. The ingredients seem well researched and have been show to support your body through a strenuous workout. Make sure you get a flavor you like! I ordered the grape, which I enjoy, but my partner absolutely hates.

It’s alright, the fruit punch flavor is not good though . Other than the taste it’s a really effective pre workout! I would recommend the peach ring flavor instead.

Taste really really BAD. Chemical taste, almost undrinkable. Has a KICK, good energy, good workout. I mix one scoop of this with ine scoop of a simular product which taste good. Can not drink it straight.

My wife loves this product over others. Clean energy and ingredients to help with muscle pump. Feel free to add creatine as well for a little extra kick during your workout. -do not take this ar night if you are sensitive to caffeine.

This pre-workout definitely does what it promises !! It pumps you up and gets you ready for an amazing workout! The energy boost kicks in fast, and I always feel focused and motivated once it hits. That said, it can be a little too strong for me at times... I’ve had moments where my heart felt like it was racing, so I recommend starting with a smaller scoop to see how your body reacts. Once you find your sweet spot, it really delivers great results. The taste is okay, not the best I’ve tried but definitely manageable, and the price is fair compared to other pre-workout powders on the market. Overall, it’s a powerful pre-workout that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Just be mindful of the dosage if you’re sensitive to stimulants!

I did not love the grape flavor, however it was not too over bearing. I did not experience any crash or jitters with this pre-workout.
