the first day. Since there are 4 lifts, each 1/8-inch-thick, I was able to put a second ¼ inch lift in a second pair of shoes. They stay in place and are easy to whip clean. I am very pleased with my choice and can recommend them.

I have a quit large leg length discrepancy and this product is great for fixing it. I am super comfortable with this product and can stand straight! Especially, I use it for my boots and sandals which have a relatively narrow shoe width.

My husband has one leg that is shorter than the other. These come in a pack for 4, so you are able to wear more or less depending on how much height you need. They can be adjusted to provide 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" lift to any shoe. Her doctor recommended shoe lifts after noticing the difference because if not addressed, it can cause discomfort and pain, as well as cause longer-term issues because of the unbalance. This is a way to non-surgically equalize leg lengths. It is also a more affordable option vs. getting the soles of all of her shoes adjusted.

Bottom line: These are great insoles. Why 4.5 stars? I honestly thought this was a set of two insoles. See pic, each package contains a single heel lift. That being said, each package is actually four separate pieces (see pic). Two are longer, two are shorter. This makes it so you can have two shorter lifts by using two together, or one higher lift by putting 3 or all 4 lifts together. Each lift has an adhesive, peel off backing so these lifts stay stuck together! No slipping apart! It will also adhere to the inside of your shoe if you choose. The tallest height of each individual lift is about two quarters high. (See pic). This is at the far end of the heel, and each lift tapers down to just a hair shorter than one quarter. The lifts can be trimmed and are crystal clear, so ladies - if you have an unusual shoe or sandal that you want made more comfortable without the attention being drawn to the lifts, these are the ones for you!

I have a 1/2 inch shorter leg because of a broken femur. I like these lifts because they let me adjust the size and I can move them shoe to shoe. I even have pair in my slippers! It significantly reduces my limp.

My son has a leg length discrepancy and these fit him well to adjust and aid in his walking and stance. It's not uncomfortable in his shoe and easy to clean.

I love that you can adjust this lift for whatever height you need. And, unlike, other lifts I've bought there's some give to the material which is key to a comfortable fit.

Love that there are graduated Heights so as my body adjust to the lift I can add another one and then asked my body adjust add another excetera. Wish they didn't have the sticky bottom because they would stay in the shoe without it and then I could transfer it to different shoes which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

Got these for my 80 year old mother who has REALLY small feet an achilles heal issue as well as 1 leg a hair shorter than the other. She wears a small heal lift on that one and THAT foot loves this arch insert. The hard part is that you have to affix it to the shoe permanently or it slides down when inserting your foot into the shoe. So, she can't try them in other shoes. Bottom line though, she does feel they benefit her as far as foot pain goes so to me, that's a win!

the lifts are very adaptable. Since i only use them in one shoe, I put them in several pairs to avoid having to switch.

The packet had heel lifts come in clear, long and short lengths, each with a sticky side to help hold in place on sandal or in shoe. I have one leg shorter than the other and my job was creating a pain in one hip due to the shortage. After raising my heel up with the lifts, that daily issue ceased. I am pleased with them.
