• Perfect for mastering crossover double unders
Some assembly required: the beaded rope arrives unassembled, allowing you to design your own pattern. Made in the USA.
What cords come with the Frevo?
Every Frevo includes three cords: a 3 oz coated fitness cable, a 4.5mm freestyle PVC cord, and a classic beaded rope. They all arrive at a 10 foot length so you can size each one to fit you.
What is the beaded rope best for?
The beaded cable was inspired by the ropes boxers use and adds resistance, which makes it ideal for technical freestyle work like crossovers and side swings. It also gives audible feedback that helps reinforce rhythm and timing.
Does the beaded rope need assembly?
Yes. The beaded rope arrives unassembled so you can design your own bead pattern. If the rope is hard to thread through the beads, gently heating the end of the cord helps.
How durable are the handles?
The handles are high-impact polypropylene built to withstand the impact of a 50-pound dumbbell, yet they stay feather light for fast trick transitions.
Is the Frevo a good rope for beginners?
It can be, but the Frevo shines for jumpers working on freestyle and crossover skills. Beginners focused only on basic double unders may prefer a standard adjustable rope first, then add the Frevo for tricks.
