Sent the wrong bench
I was in the market for a flat bench and was going to get a Rep bench, but saw SMAI's ads and thought I'd try them out and they had a great deal on their flat bench. I ordered it and they sent the adjustable bench instead. Not sure how that happens - its clearly marked on the boxes what it is. I kind of think they were clearing out their warehouse before their move and thought I'd want this one instead. I reached out to SMAI customer service and said keep the adj bench in place of the flat bench i ordered. I said I didn't want or need another adj bench and would prefer the flat. So, they asked for pics of the ad bench to see if it can be reshipped back and told me that I'd need to wait 2 to 3 weeks until they moved their warehouse for them to ship me the flat bench. I have a feeling that in 2 to 3 weeks, they will forget this and hope I want the adj bench instead - which I don't
