How often should I check my exercise equipment?
GoFit equipment should always be checked thoroughly before each and every use to ensure there are no nicks, tears, holes, or other damage to the item. Using damaged items could lead to severe injury. If any sign of damage or wear is present, immediately discontinue use of the item and contact GoFit Customer Service for assistance.

My Core Stability Disk will not inflate.
If the disk does not have a hole in it and it does not seem to inflate, the valve may be blocked on the inside by a thin layer of vinyl. Insert the inflation needle while pulling the top of the stability disk toward you. Push the needle with significant force to break through the inner lining. You may not feel an immediate release when it breaks as the vinyl will still stick to the needle and limit its movement. Try inflation again. If you still have issues, contact GoFit Customer Service for further assistance.

What is the weight capacity?
This item is limited to 250 pounds of static weight. This item should not be jumped on or bounced on.
