Mix 1 scoop of Juiced Aminos with 10 oz of water and drink it before, during, or after training; Animal recommends at least 2 servings daily. Take 1 pack of Animal Flex with any meal, every day, including rest days.

Does the Recovery Stack contain allergens?

Animal Flex contains shellfish (crab/shrimp shell) and soy, and uses bovine gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians. Animal Juiced Aminos lists none of the top allergens. Check each label if you have ingredient sensitivities.

What's the difference between BCAAs and EAAs, and is Animal Juiced Aminos better than regular BCAAs?

BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) are 3 of the 9 essential amino acids (EAAs). Most BCAA powders give you only those 3. Animal Juiced Aminos combines 5g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio with the other six EAAs, plus arginine, for a 6g amino matrix per scoop. Animal Juiced Aminos also contains a hydration and performance blend, making Animal Juiced Aminos much more than a regular BCAA powder.

Can you take Animal Flex every day, or does Animal Flex need to be cycled?

Yes, take Animal Flex every day. Animal Flex should be taken daily for optimal joint health and does not need to be cycled.

What is in Animal Flex, and does Animal Flex help with joint pain and stiffness?

Animal Flex has four complexes. The Joint Construction Complex contains two forms of glucosamine, plus MSM and chondroitin. The Joint Lubrication Complex contains hyaluronic acid, patented CMO, and flaxseed oil to help cushion joints and protect against stiffness from hard training. The Joint Support Complex contains turmeric, boswellia, and ginger root, which have been shown to help inhibit pro-inflammatory metabolites, to help promote rehabilitation and reduce soreness. The vitamin and mineral blend provides vitamins C and E, zinc, selenium, and manganese.
