How To Take: Open 1 pack and swallow all 5 capsules together with water at one sitting. Take every day, including rest days. No cycling is required. Do not exceed 1 pack per day.

Animal Power Balance is a women's wellness supplement combining vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, and BioCell Collagen® in convenient five-capsule packs. I like the inclusion of vitamin D3, K2, and collagen for bone, joint, and skin support, alongside ashwagandha and L-theanine for stress management.
However, the hormone-balancing claims deserve some skepticism. Ingredients such as DIM and calcium D-glucarate may influence estrogen metabolism, but there's limited clinical evidence that they meaningfully improve hormonal balance in healthy women. Overall, it's an interesting all-in-one wellness formula, although its broad range of benefits isn't equally supported by research.
