How To Take: Open 1 pack and swallow the enclosed capsules and tablets with water. The 3 mg melatonin capsule is separate and can be removed if desired. Take consistently, including rest days. Cycling is not required.
Warnings: Contains melatonin, which may cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol, other sleep aids, and driving or operating machinery after use. Contains milk-derived colostrum peptides; avoid if allergic to milk. Not recommended for individuals under 18 or those who are pregnant or nursing. Animal PM is a nighttime recovery supplement designed to support sleep quality and muscle recovery. Its formula combines ingredients such as magnesium, GABA, and herbal extracts intended to promote relaxation, alongside compounds marketed for recovery and hormonal support. I like the emphasis on sleep, since adequate rest is essential for muscle repair and training performance.
However, evidence for several of the ingredients is limited, particularly claims involving increased growth hormone or testosterone during sleep. The proprietary blends also make it difficult to assess individual ingredient doses.
