Animal Flex Powder is designed for lifters and athletes who want to support their joints, especially those putting their bodies through years of heavy training.
It's similar to the original pill version in that it combines glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyaluronic acid, and herbal extracts to support joint health, mobility, and connective tissue function. Where it differs is the addition of Type I and Type III collagen to further support joint health. This is a nice addition, especially for those interested in collagen supplementation.
I personally like the daily powder format which can be especially nice for those who prefer not to swallow multiple pills. However, this is a preference issue. Keep in mind that the evidence supporting glucosamine and chondroitin is mixed with people reporting different results.
As long as you’re not expecting to dramatically improve a damaged joint, the comprehensive formula addresses several aspects of joint health, making it a practical option for lifters.
