The Ambohr Spa-124 Ozone Generator is a replacement ozone generator for the RevX Ozone Filtration System with an approximately 365-day lifespan. Also suitable for DIY cold plunge projects.
• Function: replacement ozone generator
• Compatible with: RevX Ozone Filtration System and DIY cold plunge setups
• Lifespan: approximately 365 days with regular use
• Replacement schedule: annual as part of cold plunge maintenance
How do I know when to replace the ozone generator?
The Ambohr Spa-124 has an approximate 365-day lifespan with regular use. Practical signs that replacement is needed include reduced water clarity, increased odor, or visible algae or bacterial growth despite normal operation — indicating the ozone output has dropped below effective sanitation levels.
Is this compatible with cold plunge ozone systems from other brands?
The Ambohr Spa-124 is listed as compatible with RevX Ozone Filtration Systems and DIY setups. Compatibility with other brand systems depends on the ozone output requirements and the physical connection type — verify compatibility before purchasing for use outside a RevX system.
Is ozone harmful to breathe around the tub?
Ozone at the concentrations used in water sanitation dissipates rapidly into the water and does not produce harmful atmospheric ozone concentrations in typical home use. Ensure the room is not sealed airtight during operation. Normal ventilation is sufficient for safe use.
How do I install the replacement generator?
Follow the installation guide included with the RevX Ozone Filtration System or the generator documentation. If you need additional guidance, RevX Wellness customer support can provide specific installation instructions for your setup.
