Alpha Gripz Extensor Trainers are the leading brand in forearm strengthening, trusted by physical therapists, occupational therapists, pro athletes, and personal trainers. The bands target the extensor muscles in the forearm -- the often-overlooked antagonists of the flexors -- to balance forearm musculature, improve grip strength, and build functional strength in forearms, wrists, elbows, and fingers. Use them to rebuild strength after an injury, optimize grip for sport, sculpt stronger and more defined arms, or guard against repetitive strain. The compact design lets you train anywhere -- gym, office, or home. Variants include the Complete Alpha Set ($39.99), X-treme Alpha Set with the 18 lb LEVEL X band ($49.99), Dial Gripz Strengthener Set ($39.99), Alpha Gripz Trio ($29.99), PT Rehab Kit for lighter starting resistance ($44.99), and individual levels including the Level 1 Green 6 lb band ($14.99).
