Delivery Service
Rubber flooring is heavy, so it often ships by freight (LTL truck); the same way appliances and furniture ship.
We offer lift gate service as our default.* This means they will take it off the truck and leave it curbside.
They WILL NOT carry the rolls in your house or take them upstairs with standard delivery.

Shipping Time
We ship from multiple U.S. fulfillment centers. The assigned location depends on the item and destination.
Depending on distance, once items ship:
- Freight usually takes 1-3 business days.
- FedEx/UPS will take 3-5 business days
Pricing
Shipping is priced by your order's total weight, your distance from us, and whether it's delivered to a home or a business.
We always show the lowest shipping cost possible. 150LB is the weight limit for a single item to ship UPS/FedeEx. Heavier shipments will be shipped by freight.
As a general rule, this averages out to:
- Freight: Orders of 4+ rolls and 60+ tiles
- UPS/Fedex: Anything less
Smaller orders like a single roll, a few mats, or a sample ship for much less than a full garage's worth of flooring.
