Animal Pak
- Dosing: 2 packs daily (1 serving, per the Supplement Facts label).
- Timing: Take with a meal, preferably breakfast or another substantial meal. On training days, it can be taken with a pre-workout meal.
- Directions: Open a pack and swallow all 8 tablets with plenty of water during a meal. Take one pack with a morning meal and the other with an evening meal. Use consistently, including rest days. Cycling is not required.
Animal Creatine Chews
- Dosing: 4 chews daily, providing 5 g creatine monohydrate.
- Timing: Before or after workouts. On rest days, take at any convenient time.
- Directions: Chew the 4 chews thoroughly and swallow. No water or mixing required.
