This is amazing for lifters only thing was some pills are large but if you overlook that the results are great.

Just about everything you need to take. I take these twice a week Tuesday and Thursday and I'm very happy with the results..

As others have noted, the %DV is based on TWO packs - so halve everything on the nutrition label. The Amino Acid complex is a tiny percentage of what is actually needed to see any results, probably best to ditch those and just use a solid multi-amino protein shake that can supply something significant. Not saying these are worthless, but a consumer could do better if they piecemeal their own regimen. These are basically simply OK. Didn't really feel any difference.

Okay. This is a double review. Finally decided I can write this ..... I've been using animal pak for A LONG time. I've always primarily used the pill version. I think it's the best value and most comprehensive item out there. I even cut the dosage in half because I'm not using it for elite training/lifting and it works great. Months ago, I decided to give the powder option a try. THAT. WAS. A. MISTAKE. I bought cherry bomb and it's taken me months to get through it. I flirted with throwing it away but I hate wasting things. I'll finish it, but I've had to force myself. With water? No. With milk? No. With juice? No. In a smoothie? No. Mix with fresh fruit? No. Dry scoop? NO! DO. NOT. DRY. SCOOP. I thought about snorting it just to be thorough, but I already have sinus issues...... Nothing has worked with flavor absorption. It's so overpowering, that nothing you do works. While I might try a different powder flavor option in the future, at the very least I know I can switch back to the handful of pills and be happy. In the meantime, I'll suffer through the powdered cherry bomb haze.

Great product. As with most multivitamins though, don't take it on an empty stomach. It works great though! I can always feel a difference when I'm taking it. It consistently makes me feel stronger, sharper, and more energized. I've been using this product for years now, and will continue to do so. To anyone looking for a quality multivitamin, look no further. This one is the king.

Animal is an amazing company that will never disappoint. I picked this brand for my daily multivitamin was on the reasearch. They put largest amount of vitamins and supplements to make them the best. They come in packs. About 6 pills. If you have a hard time swallowing pills I recommend just taking your time

firstly, a good thing it has that is also kind of a bad thing is that each serving is 16 total pills, those pills are already prepackaged into two separate packages of two sets of identical pills, the issue is, that’s a lot of pills, and the biggest issue is you don’t know what each pill is, there is no label for each individual pill Second, the recommended dose is two packs, which is the total of 16 pills, however, even one pack is still nearly too much B6, and way too much niacin, B6 can cause neuropathy and nerve damage, and niacin after a prolonged period of time can cause liver damage, in the recommended serving you are getting way above the upper limit for both, even if you are drinking copious amounts of water, I would only take this at the recommended dose if you are severely deficient, as well as constantly working out to sweat out the excess nutrients, niacin does have a much higher true limit before toxicity than B6, so you’ll likely only get a flush from, as in feeling hot and getting red in the face, B6, however, has a much firmer upper limit is, which is a lot closer to the actual toxicity limit, at half a dose you're mostly safe though, just try not to have too much more B6 in any part of your diet, you will see how much the actual nutrients are in the video I have attached, which is based on a half serving on my nutrition app Thirdly, as stated before this is 16 pills, that’s a lot, it’s very difficult to stomach all 16 of them I typically only take eight because it’s more than enough of everything Fourth, for an actual good thing, it does have several herbs and extracts that are really good for heart and liver health, however, they are in very small amounts so it’s basically negligible, Fifth, another actual good thing, if you take two packs, it is 10% of your daily value of fiber, which is pretty decent And sixth, if you also take iron supplements, do not take them anywhere close to this one unless it is liposomal, half the stuff in it interferes with iron greatly, so give it about a two hour window, with liposomal iron you can give it closer to 30 minutes to an hour before you take this since liposomal iron is very resistant to being interfered with especially compared to regular iron

it is overpriced for a quality they provide. It is not magic. It should be cheaper. You mostly pay for brand name

I was a bit hesitant before trying because I am 53 yrs old and not sure of this would cause any medical concerns, but looked over most of the ingredients, felt I could give it a try…I have used this for 5 days and today have noticed a better over all wellness, not fatigued, beter focus, and when working out I feel like going longer, but know I have to stop as I have limitations after 3 spinal fusion’s. My heart rate and BP have been fine, no jitters or headaches and so on. I know its only been 5 days, but if this continues to improve my over performance, I will be subscribing monthly deliveries.

This is the best supplement any athlete can incorporate into their daily routine. I recommend it 100%. You will feel energized and notice gains in both strength and muscle mass.

This stuff is absolutely not safe. It’s entirely too much for your liver and kidneys to process. For all the guys that say they’ve been taking it for years, go get some bloodwork done, I guarantee your liver enzymes are off the charts.
