I had a stick about 15 years ago when I was running cross country in high school. It has always been my favorite massage tool and I am glad I found this new site.

I purchased this because my physical therapist also use this. I have other ones that were similar but they don't work as well. This is the best relief that I have found for my knotted up muscles after my knee surgery.

This is a great tool to have on hand to help with muscle pain. Easy to use. Highly recommend .

This is great!

I love the original stick I use it when I have sores muscles and it keeps me from legs cramping

This therapy stick is a great therapy tool for patients. We recommend it.

Life saver for the longevity of my legs while getting back into my daily run routine. Loosens everything up before, and helps to keep them loosened after.

This stick has been a game changer for me. I had tried everything for my foot pain from exercises to new shoes. My friend who's a physical therapist recommend this and it has been the only thing that's helped!

I'm able to provide enough pressure on IT Band with less effort than traditional foam roller. Great product.

I bought this as an alternative to the standard foam rollers. This Stick is really well made and easy to use. It comes with an instruction manual with some tips on what areas to target and instructions on how to roll. This Stick really helped to reduce my recovery time and muscle soreness.

I have leg pain from time to time. I searched for a solution and this came up. Perfect for rolling out leg pain. Its soo good and I use it all the time.

I bought the Little Stick (18 model) after trying out a cheap knockoff. The wheels roll much more smoothly (and quietly) which allows for even distribution of pressure across the muscles. Quality is evident in this tool.",",[****]"

Tres contente d'avoir pu enfin trouver le stick. Efficace, je recommande. Livraison rapide. Bravo

I have tight IT bands so I got this to help work out some of the knots. This does help quite a bit. I use it on my quads, hamstrings, calves and IT bands. My only complaint is that the plastic spindles are hard and they can be a bit painful on your IT band if you have any inflammation. Other than that, it works exactly as advertised and I'd recommend it.

Really helps loosen the muscles.

Works great. I roll out before and after running. Has noticeably reduced soreness for me and improved my flexibility. Easy to travel with too. Well made too.

I bought one of these when I was a high school cross country runner, in either my sophomore or junior year (16/17 years old). Passed around to a bunch of teenagers, shoved in duffel bags, and multiple moves, it still works as well as the day I bought it. Truly a great investment by my teenage self.

Works great at keeping muscles relaxed

Had bad muscle cramps in my calf muscle during a recent trip to Europe. Started using when I got home and could feel results after just two sessions. Now use it as part of daily routine and continue to have great results. No more calf cramps or pain!

Works just as expected. One suggestion is this little stick is pretty small compared to a foam roller. If I was buying another I would probably get the next size bigger.

Easy to use solo or with a partner for those hard to reach areas. Works great on thighs and calves, I sit and roll between sets when strength training. Tried it on upper body once but seemed like more trouble than it was worth.

I get leg cramps and that causes muscle aches. The 18 stick really helps relieve the aches. It us east to use and effective.",",[****]"

I had been looking for this type of muscle roller for awhile and while there are many out there, the original is the best quality and a great size for my needs. The bearings in this roller are very smooth operating compared to a cheaper one I bought before this one. The smooth bearings make all the difference. Yes, this one costs more, but you get what you pay for. This one will last much longer. Get the original.

I love the original stick and I recommend it to my clients all the time. I recently tried the smaller travel sized stick and it's plenty big enough and I can put it in my small travel bag!

This is the perfect tool to massage the knots out of calves or leg muscles.

Would recommend this stick for rolling out sore muscles. I do find the the bearings and rollers to be a bit stiff, but they may loosen up over time with use. Build quality is very good and should last a long time.

Good quality, smaller than expected. I'd recommend the body stick for the regular person.

Very well made and durable. Works great for relieving tight sore spots in legs, arms and back. Highly recommended!

This works great. I was worried I wouldn't be able to dig into muscles enough with the flexibility, but I can go plenty hard. I use this more than my foam roller, since I can do it sitting on the couch.

Quality is excellent; it does exactly what I need it to do. I'm buying one for my daughter.

I am very satisfied with the Travel Stick (18). I have already used it in an MTB stage race."

Excellent customer service

Works well on calf/shins which are the issue area for me. Very happy with the product.
