Both formulas contain a full complement of vitamins and minerals in their most absorbable forms: Vitamin A for eye health, healthy skin, and immune function; Vitamins C and E and mixed tocopherols for antioxidant support and cellular protection; Vitamin D for strong bones and healthy immune function; B vitamins for heart, blood vessel, and nerve health; Vitamins K1 and K2 for bone and blood vessel health; zinc bisglycinate for immune function and skin health; chromium for a healthy blood sugar level; plus several other well-absorbed, glycinate minerals.

The A.M. formula contains two clinically studied botanicals with superior absorption: curcumin phytosome (as Meriva) and green tea phytosome. Curcumin phytosome provides relief from occasional joint and muscle soreness and supports a healthy inflammatory balance and joint mobility.
