It tastes like crap. But if you have a normal diet and is not made up of mostly ultra processed foods, this is cool. I can't always get my veggies in so this is a quick, easy way to do it. You get used to the taste after a while and my body started to crave for it. So I like it. Good product though. Worth a try.
