How do I use Immune?
Take up to 6 capsules daily. For optimal results, take 2 capsules every 3-5 hours to support your immune system.
Does Immune need to be taken with food?
Immune can be taken with or without food. However, most of the studies on the ingredients involve taking them with food, so it's a good idea to take it with a meal.
Why doesn't Immune contain echinacea, elderberry, or B vitamins?
The science on echinacea is hit or miss, elderberry is underresearched with some safety concerns, and there's no good evidence that superdosing B vitamins helps immune response. We chose ingredients with stronger supporting evidence instead.
Can I take Immune with other Legion supplements?
Yes. You can take Immune at the same time as any other Legion supplement.
Are there any side-effects I should know about?
The garlic may interact with blood thinners, and some ingredients could interact with immunosuppressant medications. Immune can also produce garlic-flavored burps (mitigated by taking with food) and Tinospora cordifolia may cause a short-term runny nose.
