These 24 inch by 24 inch interlocking tiles arrive ready to install with no adhesives, no tape, and no lingering rubber smell. Lay them down, lock them together and your space immediately feels more finished, more stable, and more like a real gym.
Our tiles are precision manufactured in the USA to the highest standards using high-quality recycled materials and quality control, and include a five year warranty.
All our rubber products including tiles, rolls and mats are made from the same material. The only differences are dimensions and how pieces connect. Mats are laid next to each other while tiles interlock.

- Measurements: Each tile measures 24" x 24" (4 sqft, approximately 3.83 sqft when connected). Measurement runs from external tab to opposing interlock. Interlock depth is approximately 1.5 inches on each side.
- Thickness: Five thickness options available. View FAQs for recommendations. Starting at 9mm is recommended for functional trainers, squat racks and treadmills.
- Weight Per Tile: 6mm - 6 lb, 8mm - 8 lb, 9mm - 9 lb, 12mm - 12 lb. Most orders ship in boxes under 50 lb. Larger orders ship via pallet freight.

What thickness do I need?
Recommended Thickness Options:
- 6mm – Suitable for general-purpose use in home fitness spaces.
- 8mm – Strong enough for both home and light commercial gym use. Suitable for functional trainers, squat racks, treadmills and more.
- 9mm – Commonly chosen by commercial gyms for its balance of durability and comfort. Ideal when routinely dropping heavier weights in Crossfit style workouts. Suitable for functional trainers, squat racks, treadmills and more.
- 12mm – Heavy-duty flooring often used for Olympic weightlifting zones and high-impact activities.
- 18mm – Industrial-strength material typically used for powerlifting areas, stables, or livestock
If my room doesn't fit exactly into the parameters of the tiles, how do I ensure there are no empty spaces?
This is incredibly common because as you can imagine there is no uniform room size. We recommend a couple of things: 1) Use our flooring calculator (linked above) to get the recommendation. You can always order more if you need to after you determine how the room looks and feels 2) Your options would either then be to have some non-covered portion (this is most likely fairly small) or order extra (the calculator can account for this) and then cut the pieces on the ends with an exacto knife to make it fit perfectly. We are glad to walk through that math with you.
What is the difference between these and your 18 inch tiles?
These are the same materials, just cut to different sizes and these do not include straight edges.

Installing these interlocking tiles is straightforward and typically completed by the customer. Because these mats are not as rolls or mats, they are much easier to move around get in the right place. Here's a general guide for installation:
- Begin by cleaning your subfloor, ensuring it's free of dirt, grease, or debris.
- Start in one corner of the room with a corner tile, then add border tiles outward along the adjacent walls.
- Leave the other two edges of the room open and continue filling in the space, placing center, corner, and border tiles as needed.
- Once the open floor area is covered, return to the opposite walls and cut in tiles to fit. It's advisable to leave a small gap along the walls, approximately the thickness of the tiles, to allow for expansion and contraction due to temperature changes.
Note: Adhesives are generally not necessary when assembling interlocking tiles, as the product's weight usually prevents movement. However, if you encounter any sliding and want to secure the tiles further, you can use double-sided tape or mat tape around the installation's perimeter.
